TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR M POWER BUSINESS PROGRAMME.
If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned here under and in the website named www.mpowergroup.biz, he/she shall become a distributor on payment of the joining package to the company by way of a Crossed Demand Draft.

1. The Applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter in to contract as provided in the 'Indian Contract Act'.

2. All individual distributors should adhere to the rules and regulations formed by the Company and if any of the distributors is found guilty of not observing the same, then he / she will be terminated from the company.

3. The company reserves all rights to terminate a distributor.

4. For joining as an independent distributor of the company the applicant will have to make the prescribed payment towards joining package by way of Crossed Demand Draft favouring 'Auto Matrix Infotech Private Limited' payable at Thrissur.

5. If any body makes any payment in cash it will be at his / her own risk and under no circumstances, will the company be answerable to such unauthorised cash payments.

6. The distributor will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by him ie. also subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the distributor on merely account of his/her joining the company.

7. The distributorship is non transferrable and valid for one year from the date of joining and can be renewed every year by paying Rs. 150/-.

8. Trimming and service charges will be deducted as per company norms. TDS will be deducted as formulated by the government. (Please refer website)

9. The products in the packages may vary from time to time depending upon the availability. Packing & forwarding charges are extra and to be bourne by the distributors. (Please refer website)

10. Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, products, schemes, business and policies giving prior notice through it's website www.mpowergroup.biz and it will be binding on all distributors of the company.

11. The terms and conditions within above mentioned shall be governed in accordance with the law in force in the territories of India. Disputes, if any arrives, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Thrissur.

12. If any disputes or difference arrives between the parties here to touching the business or interpretations of any terms and conditions or as to incentives, income etc., relating to the business of the company the same shall be referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the "Arbitration and conciliation act, 1996"

    I/We solemnly affirm and declares as follows, after carefully reading / hearing it read by others, the terms and conditions and the business plans appended along with the application form, brochures and in the website 'www.mpowergroup.biz', I hereby agree to the same and join as an independent distributor of the Automatrix Infotech Pvt Ltd., of my own accord to do the distribution business.
